How does the 75/25 split work?

You keep 75% of every job. HomeConnect takes 25% — but only after the homeowner confirms you've been hired and payment is processed. If the job doesn't close, you owe nothing.

Is there really no upfront cost?

Correct. No joining fee, no monthly subscription, no per-lead charges. The only fee is the 25% commission — which only triggers when a job closes.

How do I get paid?

Stripe. We connect your Stripe account during onboarding. When a client confirms you've been hired, Stripe deposits your 75% directly to your bank account. Usually within 2 business days.

Can I choose which states I work in?

Yes. You select every state you serve. You'll only receive leads from those states, for the service categories you've chosen.
